Year One and Two children have been fantastic poets over the last two weeks. We began by reading lots of different poems, talking about them and generating ideas for our own poems. Then the children wrote their own poem called Seaside Fun. After drafting and editing their poem they published it by typing it on the computer. 

As they were so proud of their poems they were happy to rehearse and then perform them in front of the other children in the school. Well done to all of you!
