Welcome to Inskip St Peter's C of E

Hello everyone, my name is Kate Leyland and on behalf of the children, staff and governors of Inskip St. Peter’s I would like to welcome you and your child to our school website, we hope that you find it clear, informative and easy to navigate. It is designed to give you a flavour of the vibrant life of our school, the work of our pupils and the quality education we deliver.

We are a very small rural primary school, with excellent facilities set in spacious grounds, we aim to keep a 'family feel' to our school and regularly receive positive comments from visitors about the warm, caring atmosphere which strikes them as soon as they enter.

I am very proud to be the headteacher of St Peter’s and constantly strive to ensure that the school serves our children and their families well by providing a quality education which will enable each pupil to achieve their academic potential and progress confidently into the next phase of their education, it is also part of my vision that all our children are filled with positive experiences, that they are aware of the endless possibilities that await them and that they are nurtured in order to develop within them a confidence to embrace whatever comes their way.  Enveloping all of this is my relentless commitment to every child feeling part of a caring community, where we live the Christian faith and promote its values.

All of my staff share this ethos and recognise children as unique individuals with specific talents and needs.  They work tirelessly to provide a varied and engaging curriculum and a positive school experience. You’ll find our classrooms to be hives of activity and full of creativity and learning, making St. Peter’s a special place indeed for children.

We hope that as you look at the site you find what you need however if you would like to know more about our school, you are very welcome to get in touch or come and visit.  Our children and staff very much enjoy talking about and sharing their achievements and our successes.
