What a treat we have had this afternoon! Thank you so much to our fantastic group of parents in Friends who paid for our coach and tickets treating us to a trip to the Lancaster Grand Theatre. 

We went to see 'The Snail and The Whale' a story by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler. It was so cleverly performed, the scenery was imaginative and the actors were superb. The children were captivated throughout and really enjoyed joining in, there was a lot of laughter.  One of the highlights was when the actors turned their water pistols from the whale onto the audience, can you tell which photographs show these moments?  The theatre itself is small and beautiful and the staff were so helpful, we really enjoyed our visit and highly recommend others visit too https://lancastergrand.co.uk .
