We learnt all about the Hindu festival of lights called Diwali. We read a beautiful book called One Diwali Day by Dev Kothari and illustrated by Aditi Anand which created lots of questions and discussion. Our year 1 and 2 children then wrote facts and created fact files whilst our Reception children decorated a Diya lamp.
