As part of our PSHE journey, we have continued to explore the question: how can we keep healthy as we grow?

This week, we completed dance challenges and discussed the changes before and after the physical activity. We also completed mindful activities, including guided meditation. We discussed and recorded how we felt afterwards and how both physical and mindful activities provide an opportunity to feel healthy. Some of Upper School preferred to keep healthy through dancing as they felt energised and happy. Almost all of Upper School found the guided meditation a relaxing and peaceful time. I know I certainly enjoyed it!
