This afternoon, the children in Upper School completed their PE lesson inside due to the inclement weather. We decided to use the skills learnt so far in rugby for some games of benchball. The teams used a rugby ball and a ‘pocket pass’ which is an across the body pass used in rugby matches. There were also some excellent attack and defence skills demonstrated by the children to move the ball quickly around the hall. In the end, Team Fish (blue bibs) won the tournament by using a range of tactics and great communication skills.
