Lower School (KS1)

Happy New Year! We are excited to be back and start Spring Term. 

Our first topic this half term is called ‘The Place Where I Live’ where we will be learning lots of new geography and history skills.

In our RE lesson today we asked the question: What would the world be like if everyone was helpful to each other?

We read the story of Moses and learnt that God wants us to be helpful and to ask for help.

This year the children learnt new painting techniques by printing with potatoes, objects, strips of card and their fingers to create different effects and make a great snow picture.
