Upper School (KS2)

Some of Upper School kindly brought in books they enjoyed when they were younger. Mrs Allen, Mrs Dalton and I particularly loved sharing our memories of reading The Magic Faraway Tree when we were younger!

This morning, we all found a book with an interesting front cover to explore and recreate…(we do sometimes judge a book by its cover!)

After some technical issues, I am finally able to share photos of the fabulous morning we had with Lancashire’s Heritage Learning Service. Through talk, dance, drama, freeze frames and artefact-handling, Upper School found out a vast array of facts about Tudors and Tudor life.
