Hockey!
In PE this half term in Upper School we’re developing our hockey skills through lots of games and challenges.
Bikeability!
Years 5 and 6 enjoyed earning their Stages 1 and 2 Bikeability badges and certificates.
At Stage 1 the children had to prove they could control and master their bikes in a space away from traffic.

I love Fractions!
Paige was very proud to show me her Maths work this morning. She thought that the activity of finding fractions of numbers would be too difficult, however she discovered that her hard work paid off and by the end of the lesson her confidence flowed!
What a Wow Writer!
I was greeted just now by a very proud Isaac who wanted to show me his super story writing. He's thought up and used some great ideas and told the whole story. Mrs Kemp and I are very proud of you Isaac!
Freya our Star Climber
Freya is rightly a very proud member of a climbing club which she attends weekly.
On Saturday she placed 4th in a Northwest and Lake District climbing competition for 9 and 10 year olds.
