We had some fun with sticks in Lower School today! 

At the weekend a large tree fell over in the wind at my home so I brought some of the branches into school for the children to investigate and play with. We read one of our favourite stories "Stickman" by Julia Donaldson and then the children…

We love learning in a practical way and the children in school in EYFS, Year 1 and Year 2 have done some great maths using these I made for them at the weekend!
