Mrs Young brought her new pet Tortoises in today to show the class. We got the opportunity to ask many questions and learn about the care of the tortoises. They are very young and very cute!

Well done Ted! This weekend Ted entered the robot he had started to make at school, but then added lots more too, to finish it off at home, in one of the creative competitions at Great Eccleston Agricultural Show. He won supreme exhibit! Wow! 

Wow, what a fabulous time we have had this morning! The Reception children planted some seed potatoes in March this year in the tyres in our outdoor learning area. The children have cared for the plants and today had the exciting job of digging up the plants to harvest the potatoes they have…

This afternoon, Year 3 and 4 received training about sun protection ratings and how to keep safe in the sun, from Claire, a nurse. Now we just need some sunshine to put our knowledge into practise! ☀️
