Ted is such a superstar, he is enjoying our topic so much that he made a penguin and wrote a penguin themed book at home last night. The first part of his book contained a story he wrote about a penguin and a boy then he had written a page of penguin facts at the end.

Year 2 have had great fun learning the spelling rule for the ‘s spelt with a c’ this week. They have done a variety of activities but their favourite was the ice race that Miss Haynes thought of for them! Linked to our penguins theme the children used penguin puppets to slide along the ice picking…
Bikeability!
Years 5 and 6 enjoyed earning their Stages 1 and 2 Bikeability badges and certificates.
At Stage 1 the children had to prove they could control and master their bikes in a space away from traffic.
