What can you see?  

This has been the question the children have been asked and asking each other whilst they have investigated all the autumn treasures in this tuff tray in the main photograph above. There has been a lot of learning and interesting discussion that has been great to listen to and share. 

The second tuff tray in the photograph in the gallery below shows another autumn themed activity we have been doing this week for fine motor skills and lots of maths learning. The children have to reach through the taped shapes and grab a conker with the plastic tongs and put it into their bowl (it is quite tricky!). They are meant to tip the conkers in their bowl back in to the tray if they hit the tape but I think everyone forgot to do that!
