Good Morning everyone, happy Monday!

Today's blog picture was made for us by Daisy! I hope you have all had a great weekend. I had fun, I have been doing some painting and decorating and having lovely family time with Daisy, Jasper, Mr Kemp and Roger.  I have also been looking after my plants and have taken a few photos to show you their progress, can you spot the changes?

Look back to the blog post on the 6th May and compare the changes in the plants, haven't they grown quickly? We have even started eating the spinach, lettuce and all the radishes have been eaten!

Tommy's mummy sent me a video of Tommy giving me a great tour of all the plants he is growing (there are lots) and he was doing an experiment by planting a conker, how is your plant doing Tommy?  If you would like to learn about Horse Chestnut trees (where conkers, the seeds, grow) look here on this link https://www.woodlandtrust.org.uk/trees-woods-and-wildlife/british-trees/a-z-of-british-trees/horse-chestnut/

Kial, Sophie, Abigail and Isabella had an exciting weekend, they have a hedgehog who has come to live in their garden! They have been learning all about hedgehogs and have made a hedgehog hotel!

Phonics (reading and spelling)

Did anybody go on a sound hunt on Friday? Have a go today,  go on a sound hunt, choose a sound you have been learning recently and see if you can spot anything with that sound in it. Write a list of all the things you find. For example if you have been learning or reminding yourself of the sound ee you might spot a ...

bee, tree, seeds, feet, three flowers ...   Then choose a different sound and have another go.

Send me a photo of your lists, even you making your list, and I will put it on the blog to show everyone.  I wonder who will get the longest list?
