This week is Children’s Mental Health Week and each day Upper School are having a focus on different aspects of our mental health. Today was Move It Monday so we spent time together at different times of the day, dancing to music and playing Just Dance on the big screen. Just a few minutes of brain break time and exercise can do wonders for our mental wellbeing. Tomorrow we will spend some time down in Lower School sharing books and playing with the younger children because doing something kind for others can help us feel better about ourselves.
