This week in our PE lessons, the Upper School children have been putting together a longer and more detailed gymnastic sequence using large apparatus. The elements of this sequence included several ways of travelling and performing counter and counter tension balances. As well as looking out for control, stillness and gymnastic movements, I was also keen to see the class using good team work skills. They all did very well with this, particularly Evelyn and Maddi who were ambitious with their balances but made good compromises when putting their sequence together so Evelyn felt safe. Well done girls!
