Upper School had visitors from BSYM today who took the place of Helen to teach the children about Jesus the Messiah. Unfortunately, Helen wasn’t able to be with us today however Sue and Julie did a great job of standing in for her and we learnt lots of new vocabulary about the prophecy of Jesus’ birth and the reason Christians believe God came into the world as a baby. 
The children found out what Immanuel means and incarnate. Ask your child if they can remember either of those words…I hope you’ll be impressed!
