Our topic this half term is the romans. 

As part of this topic, we have started with a look at myths and legends. On Monday and Tuesday we explored the legend of Romulus and Remus who founded Rome. On Wednesday we explored myths from different cultures including Norse, Greek and Chinese. Children inferred information from the texts excellently.
On Thursday we explored, inferred information and described different Roman gods - which the children enjoyed tremendously. On Friday we finished off the week by creating our own Roman god, ruling over something of their own.
