Oh my goodness we have had a very exciting morning, it all started when Alex found a letter that had mysteriously appeared in the classroom.
The children were very, very excited by the letter and Maddison told us all that she knew that the Easter Bunny could be invisible and hide behind trees and that she thought maybe the Easter Bunny was still at school. This got all the children thinking and they had fabulous ideas about where he could be. They even went looking for clues around the room to see if they could find him.
These were a few of the ideas;
“The Easter Bunny could be invisible and hiding in our classroom” Amber
“He is under the hat and uses his magic to go to another place” Tommy
“Maybe he has gone to hide eggs in our gardens” Evelyn
“He is under the birthday hat” Tom
“Maybe he has used his magic to shrink” Tyreece and Amber
“He’s hiding eggs for us to find” Ben
“He is hiding at the Rr on the alphabet strip” Beth
“He is hiding in the picture. He has painted himself like the picture” as he pointed to the picture of the rabbit under Rr on our alphabet strip - Duke
“He could have turned into a rabbit toy” Abigail
“He has shrunk and is hiding in the flowers” Tyreece
“He has hopped to our houses and maybe left carrots at our houses” Ada
Have a look at these photographs, read the letter we found and see what happened next!
