Our Reception children are learning how to use different materials to make marks in their art activities this week. They are improving their fine motor skills and show greater care and accuracy when they are drawing.

Yesterday they began to explore making marks with wax crayons. They investigated the marks and patterns made by different textures by using the crayons to rub over the paper laid on top of different objects outside.
