For Upper School’s second gymnastics lesson of Spring, they built on their sequences of balances and travelling from shape to shape from their first lesson. They used canon to vary the sequence and improved their balances (counter tension and counter balance) and ways of travel (sliding, jumping, rolling).
They were brilliant at evaluating each other’s sequences - spotting what was working well (from communication and teamwork to the varied ways of travelling) and also giving points to work on (more fluidity, clearer starting/finishing points, more defined stretches of fingers/toes).
