Our second day of maths week brought us 'teamwork Tuesday' where the children discussed the importance of working as a team to achieve their tasks.
We begun with some team games, including 'flip the rug' where all of the children had to flip a blanket over whilst still being stood on top of it.
Next, children paired with someone they felt that they didn't know as well as others. They worked together on a drawing task.
Following this, children used inspiration from 'the dot' book to participate in a STEM activity of making 3D house structures. They were limited to five sheets of A4 paper, one pair of scissors and two sheets of coloured dots.
