This week we have been answering the key question ‘How do Christians say thank you to God at Harvest time?’

We explored further our value of being thankful as the children talked about all the food they have in their homes and we have at school recognising that there are many places and people in the world who do not have enough.

We remembered Harvest Festivals we have been to in previous years in church and how we have thanked God in the special service. We also talked about being able to say thank you to God at anytime in any place. Then the children made cards to say thank you to God (some choosing to write their own prayers inside) which we have given to Reverend Paul to decorate the church with for our Harvest Festival this Sunday at 9.30am. We hope to see you there!
