We are always proud of the achievements our children make outside of school and love to celebrate them. Last weekend Olivia and Evelyn performed on stage at The Winter Gardens in Blackpool in a show called Dance Fever 2022. They performed in three shows, Friday night, Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening.

"We did tap, ballet and modern. The modern once was the song Roar and we wore tiger dresses with blue at the bottom." says Evelyn.

"We had wings on and beautiful tutus with little fairy details for the ballet dance. The song was from Tinkerbell. I felt very excited and it felt like I am a real fairy" says Olivia.

"Me and Liv were partners in the ballet dance and we had different wings, I had fluffy wings because I am in Year 2 and Liv had wings without the fluff. I was excited and I was surprised because everyone was watching me, there were lots of people." says Evelyn.

"We were holding bones in the modern dance" says Evelyn.

"The song for the tap dance was 'her name was Lola, she was a showgirl' and we wore our tap shoes" says Evelyn.

"Our shoes make a noise on the floor and they have glitter on them  and they have little tie things that you have to tie" says Olivia.

"I loved all of the dances, I want to be in more shows" says Olivia.

"The very fun bit was when we were all linking our arms and walking round. It made me feel happy. We go to dancing on Saturdays and we are going to learn a new dance." says Evelyn.
