This afternoon the children of Upper School Class continued their learning about why Christians celebrate the Eucharist by visiting our church-St Peter’s where Rev Paul met us. We looked at the altar and the sacred Holy Communion articles. The children learnt some of the words spoken during the service and tried the communion wafer. The class learnt so much more from Rev. Paul and made good links between what they have read in the Bible and what they saw today.
