In Lower School we have been learning about why we wear poppies and the significance of 11am on the 11th November. Also that it has been 100years this year since the First World War ended. 

We have made some poppies in an art lesson to remember and say thank you to all the soldiers who have lost their life fighting in all wars to protect our country and us.

We will be taking our poppies and wreaths to church on Sunday for our Remembrance Sunday service.
