It was lovely to watch Lillian and Emily nurse the toy lamb in the toy hospital with Miss Haynes two weeks ago. Emily decided she needed some special green medicine for the lamb's leg so she went over to the creative area took a piece of yellow material and blue paper pretended to mix them together and then acted out pouring her medicine into a pot before taking it over to the toy hospital and putting it on the lamb's leg using a pipette. What a clever girl, using her imagination and knowledge of colour mixing. 

Since then all the children have been enjoying learning and playing in the toy hospital, they have made their own name badges to identify themselves as 'doctors', written prescriptions, patient details and made many toy animals well again!
